
Trust Meeting in Public (15 Dec)
The Harbour Trust invites members of the community to attend the Trust Meeting in Public, in-person or online, between 4:30pm and 6pm AEDT on Monday 15 December 2025.
Attendees can register using the form on this page to attend in-person at Cockatoo Island / Wareamah or online via Zoom.
Time will be provided for the Members of the Trust to answer pre-submitted questions from the public and engage in discussion at the end of the meeting.

If you have registered to attend the meeting in-person at Cockatoo Island, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time. The meeting will be held at the following location:

Plus, for those attending in person, we’ll also be hosting a curatorial walkthrough of Biloela House at 3:30pm, led by Harbour Trust Head of Curatorial and Research Nerida Campbell, ahead of the meeting. During the tour, Nerida will explain the refresh of Biloela House and the new interpretation undertaken in recent months. Please note: This tour is limited to 20 participants and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Please RSVP using the webform on this page.

Members of the public are invited to submit questions by 3pm AEDT on Monday 8 December 2025. Submitted questions will be addressed by the Members of the Trust and the Harbour Trust Executive during the meeting.
